There are some situations when the refresh of the previously added access is needed, for example you have changed the password for the account. In this case the pipeline which was using that access would alarm an error like:
“Cannot refresh Facebook token. Try to refresh the access or contact our support” in case if this was a Facebook access.
There are a few steps You should do in order to refresh the access:
- Go to Accesses Tab.
- Find the access you need to refresh and click “Refresh” button like below:
Go through the login flow, after that the “Last Access Update” should have today’s date. In the next pipeline update You should not get an error, please contact us if you still have issues even after the access update.
